Orange City, Iowa – Important updates to the Orange City RAGBRAI® website have been launched. The site includes a new navigation bar and page buttons for riders, vendors, and community members to access key information about the July event, for which Orange City is the starting overnight host community.
Links/buttons of interest to area residents and organizations now online at ragbrai.orangecityiowa.com include:
Get Involved and Volunteer. Local community members are encouraged to sign up to volunteer to help with RAGBRAI XLV. Orange City is the starting overnight host town for this event, which means thousands of riders, support crews, visitors, and vendors will be in town for this bike ride across Iowa. The ride itself starts on July 23, but many residents are needed to assist prior to that day. Some areas of need for volunteers and hosts include parking for motor homes, space for tents, housing, and many other aspects of this event. Note: local residents and organizations who are planning to house people during RAGBRAI are asked to notify the RAGBRAI committee via the website.
Vendor Application. Food and non-food vendors can submit an application online to be considered for a vending location during RAGBRAI. The vending committee requires that anyone wanting to vend products or food in Orange City during RAGBRAI XLV (outside of their normal daily business operations) complete the Vendor Application form by the deadline of June 1.
Other links on the Orange City RAGBRAI site include
Riders and Support. This button links to registrations for housing, long-term parking, and an airport shuttle from Sioux Falls on July 22.

Residents, riders, vendors, and visitors are encouraged to watch for more updates on ragbrai.orangecityiowa.com and on the Orange City RAGBRAI Facebook page in the coming weeks.
