712-279-6119 or 800-587-3005

You may obtain an application on-line HERE or from the Chamber of Commerce office no later than June 1, 2025. All food service vendors will be inspected by staff from the Siouxland District Health Department.
Pricing
It will be up to each group to set its own prices. RAGBRAI officials recommend that a lower price be charged to RAGBRAI participants with a wristband. All registered RAGBRAI participants will have a wristband. For example, if a meal is $6.00 for those without wristbands, then a $5.00 price could be offered for participants with a wristband.
Clean Up
We ask all food service vendors clean up their areas prior to leaving. If the area is acceptable your $100 deposit will be returned.
Signage
Food service vendors are responsible for their own signs at their booths. We recommend printing neatly; signs should include menu items and prices. Vendors are not allowed to use the name RAGBRAI on their signs; you will receive an official RAGBRAI vendor sign prior to serving. It is also recommended that the vendor have a sign already made up indicating “Out of Food”.
Pre-Meeting
After you are approved as a vendor you will be contacted regarding a pre-event meeting to be held in July. This meeting will cover parking, set-up, Food Safety and other operating information and it is extremely important that you attend. More details will be given at a later date.
Additional Information
We recommend that the food service vendors plan take time and plan this event. RAGBRAI officials have stated that most participants plan where they are going to eat the night before they arrive in the next town. Also, there are a number of food suppliers in the community who will assist you with all your needs, please consider buying locally.
